Philip, is a former Senior Lecturer in Law having specialised in Criminal & Professional Regulatory Law, with a focus on professional discipline. 

Philip is currently a Pupil at Castle Gate Chambers in Nottingham.

Philip chairs the Journal's Editorial Board.

Hayley is a Senior Lecturer at Arden University where she specialises in Public Law. Hayley's public law expertise will assist the board to consider the public interest elements of Professional Regulation. 

Hayley vice-chairs the Journal's Editorial Board.

Andrea is a Partner at Keystone Law, and is a noted expert in professional discipline and healthcare regulatory law.  Andrea is qualified to practise in both the jurisdictions of England & Wales and the Republic of Ireland.

Mark took silk in 2019 and is a tenant at Serjeants' Inn Chambers, the 2023  Professional Discipline Set of the Year for both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. Mark was also the Pro Bono KC of the Year for 2022.

 Michaela was a solicitor at a top 30 UK law firm for 12 years, before launching Beyond Compliance in 2012; she now specialises in regulatory compliance. Michaela also acts as the Professional Standards Officer for The Barrister Group.
